Kirintec support Tour de Troops: 1,500 mile charity cycling challenge

Soldiers from the British Army’s 11 EOD unit to take on epic fundraising cycling challenge in 2017. 11 EOD Regiment RLC is one of the British Army’s specialist units. Courageously, they are responsible for counter terrorist and Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) disposal. Uniquely, they will be undertaking a mammoth cycling challenge next year.

Allegion: Fire safety in school design reported by RIBA

A recent report by RIBA, titled Better Spaces for Learning, has revealed some disappointing facts on the UK’s school buildings situation. RIBA has also identified that a school that has been designed well can reduce running and maintenance costs, while also encouraging good behaviour of pupils and increasing the level of safety in the building.
