Tavcom expands its team of specialist security tutors with Moss appointment

Nick Moss

Nick Moss has been appointed to the team of specialist tutors at Tavcom, the UK’s leading supplier of security systems training courses.

Nick has worked for the last 14 years for the security division of Gratte Brothers which he joined as a Project Engineer and was subsequently promoted to the role of Technical Manager. He previously worked for 10 years for the MOD as part of the team which provides technical training in support of the resettlement programme for members of the armed forces.

We are delighted to have been able to recruit someone of Nick’s calibre and experience to join our training team. His expertise will be highly valued as we look to continue to deliver the very best training to people of all skill levels who are looking to progress their career within the security industry,” said Kevin Matthew, Director of Tavcom’s training division.

“Before anyone can become one of our specialist tutors they have to be able to demonstrate that they have first class training skills and ‘real world’ experience of the security industry, as well as outstanding technical knowledge. Anyone who knows Nick from his previous job roles will know that he excels in all three of these key areas.”

Nick’s appointment coincides with the publication of Tavcom’s updated course Prospectus which includes new fire alarm and electro technical training programmes, as well as courses which cover IT and cyber security.
