Former General, David Paterson, has joined 4C Strategies following 30 years in the British Army, where he held a wide variety of senior command and staff roles. His service included extensive operational experience, most recently in Iraq and Afghanistan.
In his last role, David was responsible for the training and development of NATO’s Allied Rapid Reaction Corps Headquarters in ensuring they were at high readiness to deploy around the globe. “I am delighted to be joining 4C Strategies at this exciting time, and have seen what a comprehensive solution the company provides in the military collective training domain, in support of the UK’s force preparation for operations in Afghanistan. Prior to his role in the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, David Paterson led the organisation responsible for the training and fielding of the Afghan National Army, and the delivery of the UK military’s Collective Training in Germany.
