The Monitoring Services division of Unipart Security Solutions Ltd has appointed Simon Jennings as its new Northern Sales Manager.
Simon, who has worked within the security industry for 17 years, was until recently the control room manager for Cougar Monitoring, having previously worked for the alarm receiving centre divisions of ADT and VSG.
Working alongside Les Ramsden, sales manager for the South of England, and reporting to Andy Perry, Director of Unipart Security’s Electronic Solutions, Simon will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive range of services including intruder, fire and CCTV system monitoring, asset and vehicle tracking, lone worker protection, manned security management and a 24 hour support desk.
“Simon’s appointment could not have come at a better time as it coincides with the official opening of our NSI Gold Category II Monitoring & Response Centre, and we are delighted to have him join our expanding team,” said Andy Perry. “Simon’s extensive experience of working in alarm response environments will be invaluable in his role of bringing our monitoring services to the attention of clients throughout the North of England.”
