Satia is the Head of Belonging for Securitas UK, and in their voluntary capacity is also CEO of the International Professional Security Association (IPSA). Additionally, she is a member of the Security Skills Board, Chair of the Security EDI Forum, a member of the International Security Expo Advisory Council, and a committee member of LGBT in Facilities Management.    

Satia is an influential, passionate, dedicated and innovative industry leader. Satia has both a strategic and holistic view of security and has a vast array of experience both operationally and with standards. She has worked her way from a security operative to CEO and is well versed in risk management from both a commercial and reputational perspective.
