Through a pressurized dome housing, this new Siqura camera line is ideal for highways and tunnels, where corrosive elements in the atmosphere can impede the performance of a traffic management system and cause unnecessary risks to safety and traffic flow. The Siqura pressurized PTZ dome cameras have an IP67 Ingress Protection rating; pressurizing the housing, particularly with inert nitrogen gas, prevents moisture, pollution, and fine dust from damaging the camera. Ultimately, this ensures lower maintenance costs and fewer delays.
Pushing the limits of technology at the edge of the network
TKH Security Solutions USA will also exhibit the now well-known and award-winning Siqura TrafficServer, an intelligent IP video server integrated with proven automatic incident detection (AID) technology. Taking analytics to the perimeter of a system not only enhances the overall efficiency of the system but ensures more accurate and effective analysis of critical video material.
Award-winning direct-to-fiber IP PTZ camera
Due to the reliable and secure nature of fiber optic networks, TKH Security Solutions USA is now offering its Siqura IP PTZ dome cameras with a plug-and-play fiber optic connector option. This feature simplifies the setup, maintenance, and appearance of camera installations where a fiber network is utilized to overcome long-distance limitations. At the ISC West 2011 trade show in April, these pioneering new cameras won the New Product Showcase award for the best IP camera in video surveillance.
Maintenance on demand
TKH Security Solutions USA will put its Siqura Camera Health Check video content analysis (VCA) application on display. This program continually assesses the status or well-being of the attached cameras by monitoring the cameras’ positions and image quality. When something is amiss, the application triggers an alarm to promptly alert operators; thereby ensuring images are on hand while at the same time reducing unnecessary maintenance costs.
