Arc Monitoring is an NSI Gold Category II BS5979 and BS8418 Alarm Receiving and Remote Video Response Centre. Our highly-trained and incentivised SIA Licensed Operators protect commercial premises, residential properties, construction sites and critical national infrastructure across the UK.
Arc Monitoring is independently owned with no installation or maintenance division and has been in operation since 1999. Arc Monitoring has gained the Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor (ACS) status and is a member of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA).
Arc Monitoring uses SureView’s Immix monitoring software which is integrated with over 250 different security products including Xtralis ADPRO & HeiTel, Vista, Hikvision, Videcon, Dahua and Davantis. Remote Video Response protocols over IP, 3G, ISDN, and PSTN are all supported. Alongside conventional detector driven systems we are increasingly becoming involved in monitoring systems which use video analytics software to track unusual movement by making use of features such as loitering and directional detection.
Arc Monitoring supports Grade 2, Grade 3 and high risk Grade 4 intruder and fire alarm systems using CSL DualCom, Emizon, WebWayOne, Digital Communicators and RSI Videofied.
