Site security specialists VPS announce new appointments
Movers and Shakers: VPS (UK) Ltd announce new appointments and senior management changes to run its five new service divisions.
VPS, the UK’s market leader in specialist property management and site security services, has announced new senior appointments and changes to their senior management team to continue to drive the business’s successful growth.
VPS has created five new Service Divisions – Property Security and Services, Guardian Services, Site Security, Grounds Services and, following its multimillion-pound acquisition of Evander last week, a Glazing and Locks division.
Carlos Rosa (pictured left) has joined the business as the new Sales Director, bringing with him a wealth of senior executive and director experience, most recently from two world-leading companies, Regus and G4S.
Anthony Owen, currently Managing Director of VPS (UK), has agreed to join the VPS Group Management team as Group Development Director. In this new role Anthony will be responsible for accelerating business growth, including product development, acquisitions, and expansion into new territories.
Gavin Pringle, (header image) currently COO of VPS’ European operations, will be Managing Director of the expanded UK organisation, including responsibility for Evander Glazing and Locks.
Simon Alderson will remain as Managing Director of VPS Site Security Division, following a successful period managing VPS in the Netherlands.
Philip Welch will be Managing Director of VPS Grounds Services, combining Lotus Landscapes and Redfields Landscaping & Design, the two Grounds Maintenance businesses which VPS acquired in June 2015.
This month, VPS relocates its headquarters to Greater Manchester, bringing together the office functions of VPS with the award-winning JCB Smart Tower® & SmartAlarm® production hubs, & their accredited CCTV response monitoring centre.
