Millennium is pleased to announce the expansion of their team. Gregory Goldman, CEO of Millennium, is thrilled to have these new executives to help drive the company’s growth, saying, “I proudly welcome our new team members. They will help us grow even more in our industry.” Five new executives have recently joined.

Jeff Thomas will serve as Midwest Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for sales growth through integrator channel, consultants and architectural & engineering firms throughout the Midwest.  He joins Millennium from Quatro Electronics. Thomas also has 14 years sales experience working as a Regional Sales Manager at NEC and GE Security/Lenel.  Thomas is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. “I joined Millennium because it provides a great opportunity to grow and develop the Midwest territory. I look forward to developing those client relationships,” says Thomas.

Robert Petrlak is Millennium’s new Southeast Regional Sales Manager. Petrlak is a security industry veteran. He began in 1986 at Select Engineered Systems of Hialeah, FL and was promoted to Production Manager. In 1992, he became a Design Engineer for Bartec Corporation, a manufacturer of covert surveillance equipment used by local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. He took his industry knowledge and began to apply it to security sales and management in the mid 2000’s. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Engineering from Florida International University and a Masters of Business of Administration degree from New York Institute of Technology.

Petrlak explains why he enjoys what he does and his desire to join the Millennium team, “I enjoy helping customers find unique but effective solutions to their security needs and requirements. My technical background and previous field work gives me insight into the challenges and possibilities that often arise during execution. When I can help my customer complete a successful installation, I know that I have done my job well. When the opportunity to work at Millennium came along, I did not hesitate. I knew of the company from within the industry and was well aware that their products are world class and bullet proof. Working for a company that has such a deep, highly respected reputation in this industry makes me proud to be part of their skilled and excellence-driven team.”

Shannon Moynihan has recently joined their team as Marketing Director.  Prior to joining Millennium, Moynihan served as the Marketing Director for companies Aviva Labs, Inc. and Moynihan Lumber and as Retention Marketing Manager for DirectoryM (now InSphere Inc.).  She is a graduate of Endicott College with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre. Moynihan states, “I was looking for an opportunity to use my traditional and online marketing skills to build something really special.  After meeting with everyone at Millennium, I was convinced that this was the right match for me.  The company has a solid foundation and has been in business for over 50 years yet still remains in the forefront of the access control industry.”

Rob Bushinsky is Millennium’s new Business Development Executive. He is responsible for sales lead generation and qualification.  Prior to Millennium, Bushinsky worked at TSL Marketing, a sales lead generation firm for the high-tech sector. He has extensive business development and marketing experience in the security sector. He is a Western Connecticut University graduate with a degree in  Communications/Journalism. “I enjoy making a direct contribution to a company’s profits and revenues and I joined Millennium due to the desire to be an integral part of a reputable company within the security sector,” explains Bushinsky.

Matt Saunders will serve as Millennium’s Technical Support Specialist.  His main priority will be to assist with the installation and maintenance of Millennium access control systems for their customers worldwide. Saunders has 20 years experience in the security industry installing, and maintaining intrusion and fire alarms, CCTV systems, and EAC systems. Saunders previously worked at the Checkview Corporation (formerly Checkpoint).  He is a military-trained electrician with 30 years experience. He also studied Electrical Engineering at Penn State.

When asked what he likes best about what he does for a living, Saunders replied, “I enjoy the challenge of meeting the customer’s expectations and working with the various trades. The unique customer base, and the quality product Millennium provides, makes this an ideal position for me.”
