Dawn Dines is the founder and CEO of Stamp Out Spiking, the National charity to safeguard on spiking related issues. As a result of Dawn’s extensive research and activism fighting drink spiking, she was called as an expert witness to the Home Affairs Committee review on drink spiking in Spring 2022 and worked on the Universities Working Group established by the Home Office to tackle drink spiking in universities across the UK. She has relentlessly campaigned and her petition has successfully made spiking to be recognised in law. Dawn trains across the UK on these cowardly crimes to educate key service providers on spiking issues to protect our communities.
