DVS Ltd take on new staff to improve technical support team

DVS Ltd, the fast growth multi-brand distributors of electronic surveillance products, has been making changes to maintain customer satisfaction.

As DVS grows they are keen to develop their level of service in an attempt to improve their already superlative Technical Support Team.

They have introduce a new returns coordinator, John Vine to replace Ashley Howe in the Returns Department as Ashley moves to join the Technical Support Team.

This month they have also promoted Angelo Febbo as Technical Team Leader to oversee the recent changes.

The DVS Technical Team is enviable within the industry, with many customers choosing them as their supplier to take advantage of the support they offer. The recent developments will only cement their position further.

Technical Manager, Dave Davies said, “With Ashley joining the team, we will be dealing with enquiries far more effectively and efficiently than ever before.

“As our client base expands we are eager to preserve our customer satisfaction. Although we have been excelling expectations in recent years, these changes have been made in advance of our projected growth to ensure continued success.”
