GVD, the specialist value-added distributor of IP technology, is inviting everyone involved with the professional security industry to attend its fifth annual National IP Experience Roadshow -NIPX 2012. Visiting the Red Cow Moran Hotel in Dublin on 16th October, the event will showcase the best innovative technologies from leading companies – with all companies to register receiving free Milestone XProtect® Software worth €160.
GVD has announced its annual National IP Experience Roadshow 2012 (NIPX 2012), which has evolved over the last four years from its highly successful National IP Video Surveillance and Security seminars. The events are designed to help everyone involved in the security industry to find out more about the latest IP surveillance and security technology, acting as a showcase of the best new products and solutions from leading security manufacturers.
There will be a unique speed presentation / workshop twist to this year’s event, whereby all prarticipants can truly engage with the exhibitors to experience new products in an informal setting. There will be key addresses from leading industry players as well as atAt both events, visitors can participate in the seminar programme with presentations, case studies and live demonstrations from senior representatives of the exhibiting companies, including Milestone, ACTi, IQinVision, Paxton Access Control, and Western Digital. The seminars aim to cover a wide range of technologies including megapixel IP cameras, video management software, remote monitoring, wireless networking, video analytics, IP video synopsis systems, PoE access control, high definition storage and much more.
The roadshow is part of GVD’s continued commitment to promote the benefits of IP technologies to the Irish professional security market. It has recently established the National IP Experience Centre at its offices in Dublin to act as a learning hub providing extensive training and support programmes to assist installers making the transition to IP surveillance.

The roadshows will take place on Tuesday 18th October at the Red Cow Moran Hotel, located close to the M50/N7 interchange on the outskirts of Dublin, and Thursday 20th October at the Silver Springs Hotel, Tivoli in Cork.
