LIMA retains their Investors in People Gold Accreditation
Northern IT solutions and services provider LIMA have retained theirs Investors in People Gold accreditation after a recent assessment, rewarding their clear commitment to high performance through excellent people management.
Achieving and retaining the Gold standard puts LIMA in the top thirteen percent of IIP accredited businesses.
The Investors in People name stands for the international standard in people management. For businesses and organisations to bear the IIP name, they must demonstrate that they have the necessary requirements to successfully lead, support and manage their staff to be able to outperform their peers in the industry.
