Midwich Security to partner with IP CCTV equipment specialists to distribute the next generation of video security – Closed IPTV

Midwich Security has announced it has joined with Dedicated Micros in a strategic distribution partnership that will strengthen both companies’ commitment to quality and value-added customer services.

Midwich Security, part of the highly-successful Midwich group of technology distributors, has partnered with the Dedicated Micros brand to enable major CCTV installers to transition their applications safely and securely into the world of IP video.

Dedicated Micros’ award-winning and patented Closed IPTV technology and IP DVR/NVR camera solutions are well suited to users looking for an upgrade to an IP video solution without an expensive redesign of their analogue/hybrid installations. All products are designed with inherent installation benefits such as consistent local and remote menu systems, remote camera configuration and plug and play IP video configuration, automatic VLAN creation and secure lock down to protect the corporate network from potential vulnerabilities.

Dedicated Micros, part of the AD group, is a market leader with 30 years’ experience in the video surveillance and CCTV control equipment market. The company will be working closely with Midwich Security to provide users with a quality product, solutions and service package.

Pauline Norstrom, group director/marketing director of AD Group and Dedicated Micros says of the partnership: “We chose Midwich Security as a strategic partner due to their excellent reputation and successful track record of offering value-add solutions to the trade. Both brands are synonymous with a focus on quality and best fit for the application rather than lowest price, resulting in video surveillance solutions which offer an IP Video upgrade path for users and a lower cost of ownership.”

Mark Thomas, Director, Midwich Security says of the Dedicated Micros partnership:

“The value-add principles, commitment to the IPCCTV  market place and stability of the Midwich group has been recognised by DM as the ideal partnership to fully support the migration from analogue to IP products. We recognise DM as a market leader and prestigious strategic partner and look forward to supporting DM customers both existing and new.”
