Myerson Solicitors advises Associated Security Solutions, the UK’s industry leader for the supply,
installation and service of sophisticated security products, on the latest deal in a string of
acquisitions.
Altrincham commercial law firm Myerson Solicitors LLP has advised Associated Security Solutions
Limited on its purchase of Safes International (Scotland) Limited, the latest acquisition in Associated
Security’s UK expansion plan.
Associated Security Solutions currently operates from nine nationwide depots making their latest
acquisition an impressive tenth. It also employs teams of locksmiths, maintenance and service engineers
who provide onsite support to its clients. The Company also has a research and development centre,
which has developed numerous security innovations and bespoke ranges of safes for the banking, leisure
and retail sectors.
