As the security industry moves into 2016, the SecurityNewsDesk team are happy to announce a series of exciting developments going in to the new year.
January has already seen the introduction of a new look for SecurityNewsDesk.com, making the latest security industry news available across multi-platform media any time, any where. With SecurityNewsDesk.com’s reach expanding to over an average of 40,000 unique visitors each month, the new update ensures the speed and usability of the website whilst showcasing the latest industry news, with particular developments in our video services and company profiles.
Also moving forward into the new year with style is the SecurityNewsDesk Newspaper. The SND16 Newspaper landed on doorsteps the first week of January this year, and as the official news providers for Intersec 2016, will be distributed internationally at the Dubai show, January 17th – 19th.
Looking to SND17, we are very happy to welcome Steven Jones, an experienced Maritime security professional, as SecurityNewsDesk’s new Maritime Correspondent. A former director of The Security Association for the Maritime Industry (SAMI), Steven is a specialist writer and consultant in maritime affairs.
