The UK Security Expo 2016 opened its doors on 30th November – 1st December 2016 at the London Olympia, bringing in over 7,000 high-end international visitors from 81 countries and eight core sectors: Transport, Government, Energy, Major Events, Communications, Finance, Utilities and the Private Sector.
The Government’s decision to ‘plug the security infrastructure gaps’ during the highs of the migrant crisis in summer 2015, resulted in Jacksons Fencing, one of the UK’s leading designers, manufacturers and installers of security fencing and access control systems, winning a tender for 3.2km of fencing and gates to improve perimeter security and safety for the Eurotunnel terminal in Coquelles, Calais.

Attendance figures for this month’s launch event UK Security Expo have been declared at 7,132.
