Videcon Christmas Sing-Song for Charity

Leading UK distributor, Videcon Ltd, has offered their seasons greetings to its customers and the wider security market with their own music video for Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” in aid of raising funds for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The fun-filled video has been created in place of sending traditional Christmas cards, and the costs that would have been incurred have been instead donated to the charity.

The video shows the Videcon team getting into the Christmas spirit, and stars the board of directors, management team and staff from all departments, dressed in a range of Christmas attire, including Santa Claus, Snowmen, Penguin costumes and Christmas jumpers aplenty.

Mike Reddington, Managing Director of Videcon, said:

“The Videcon Christmas video is a fun and light-hearted alternative to delivering Christmas cards to our clients and colleagues in the UK security market. We thought it would be the perfect opportunity to support our chosen charity this festive season. The Teenage Cancer trust is a charity very close to the company and, in the spirit of the season; we encourage all who enjoyed our Christmas message to donate and to wish them a Merry Christmas!

“No elves, snowmen or Christmas crackers were harmed in the making of this video however a few egos and reputations definitely were.”
