Perimeter security specialist, Townscape Products Limited, has launched its integrated PAS 68 hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) range at the Counter Terror Expo 2014.
The range, developed to protect public places and buildings against vehicle borne attacks, includes the Counter Terror (CT) Block, CT Bollard, CT Barrier and CT Planter. Townscape’s integrated HVM range has been designed to give an aesthetically pleasing solution, fitting into the landscape surroundings, whilst providing the robust PAS 68 security standard.
Jonathan Goss, managing director of Townscape, said: “An integrated approach to perimeter security is the most effective form of hostile vehicle mitigation. We have found more and more risk managers are looking to perimeter security providers such as ourselves to provide a holistic approach to protecting their buildings and premises.
“Each set of CT Blocks, CT Bollards, CT Barriers and CT Planters are individually designed to complement the aesthetics of a building. Our expert team can help facilities managers and security consultants identify the most appropriate measures to help protect their people and property both discreetly and sympathetically to the local environment.”
The integrated range includes its popular passive and active PAS 68 bollards and Townscape’s renowned CT Block has been cleverly utilised as a CT planter or seating solution. The new range will be showcased at the Counter Terror Expo, on Townscape’s stand G60, from the 29 – 30 April 2014 at Olympia, London.
Townscape also manufactures and supplies bollards, seats, planters, litter bins, tree grids and guards, cycle racks and shelters, barriers and rails, paving, and vehicle defence products.
