BSIA Access and Asset Protection Seminar

The BSIA has a long history of hosting extremely successful events that are industry renowned for being informative and highly well attended. 2016 will be no different, with more than 18 events being organised by the BSIA providing our members and other compaines with fantastic opportunities to promote their products and services, hear from key industry figures and network with other industry stakeholders.
I am contacting you today because the BSIA is currently in the process of organising an event around the topic of Access and Asset Protection. We feel this topic relates to your company and would give your products and services exposure to an audience of over 150 delegates from a wide range of industry sectors.
Controlling Risks and Liabilities with Access Control
Access Control is known not only as a method of preventing undesired access by criminals who might commit crimes within a property, but also as a method of knowing who is entering a property and restricting their access to potentially unsafe areas.. Failing to manage access exposes property owners to potential claims and prosecution.
Facilities Managers; Insurance brokers and specifiers; Property Management Consultants and Property Managers within companies, factories, hospitals, schools, etc.; Architects, building designers and member installers and consultants.
This event will be held on the 12th of April in Birmingham at Villa Park, home of Aston Villa Football Club. Exhibition space is available from £575, which includes the following:
• 1 table with electrical connection• Refreshments / lunch (for 2)
• Company logo on the programme for the day
• Inclusion in pre and post event promotion, including press releases, email marketing and social media activity
• A copy of all delegates’ contact details, sent to you post-event
• The opportunity to promote your attendance at the event via the BSIA’s YouTube Channel
The cost of an exhibition space is £575 + VAT, and spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Some have already been allocated, so please register your interest at your earliest opportunity. You can reserve exhibition space by completing the attached PDF (which can be done electronically) and emailing it to us.
There is also a sponsorship opportunity for one main sponsor of the whole event, this main sponsor will receive:
• Branding on over 30 screens throughout the stadium• Branding on all material that is sent out relating to the event
• Your branding on a 15m screen outside the stadium, which has over 3000 passers-by every day.
• 1 table with electrical connection
• Refreshments / lunch (for 2)
• Company logo on the programme for the day
• Inclusion in pre and post event promotion, including press releases, email marketing and social media activity
• A copy of all delegates’ contact details, sent to you post-event

The cost of sponsoring the event is £1775 + VAT, as we are only accepting one main sponsor for this event. This opportunity will not last, so please register your interest at the earliest possible time.
