Senate Group has recently invested in Logosoft’s Roster Manager (and associated modules) to enhance their operational capability and support services.

Senate chose to implement Roster Manager, which is much more than a staff rostering solution capable of producing a duty roster at the touch of a button. It is a complete management information system and manpower scheduling tool which includes facilities for customer relationship, personnel and contract management, key holding and alarm response, automatic roster creation, generation of payroll and billing output.
In addition, the Call Manager module was implemented – this is an automatic call logging solution to handle book on/off and check call activity and support Control Room functions, underpinning customer service and lone worker health and safety commitments.
