Arcserve gains Tom Signorello as new CEO

Arcserve’s new CEO has been revealed, with Tom Signorello taking over the prime position.

Signorello has a track record of promoting innovation and success as CEO of OnX Enterprise Solutions, senior vice president and managing director, North America, for Diebold Inc., and vice president of global managed services, North America, at Unisys.

“Tom is an incredibly strong leader who I’m confident will infuse inspiration and enthusiasm across our worldwide network,” said Chairman of the Board Dave Hansen. “He is a visionary who brings a unique leadership approach to our culture, award-winning solution suite, and growing partner community.”

Signorello intends to focus on operational execution within the business to further enhance customer support and optimise channel presence, while ensuring the company has the strategic processes and go-to-market strategy to meet future challenges.

Signorello is a 23-year veteran of the IT industry and has held numerous executive leadership roles at both public and private tech firms. Before joining OnX as CEO, he ran the North American business for Diebold, which represented over half of the company’s revenues. Prior to that, Signorello ran the North American global managed service business at Unisys and served as senior vice president, global government managed services at Xerox. He earned his MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Suffolk University School of Management in Boston.

Hansen, who had been serving as interim CEO, will remain chairman of the board at Arcserve.
