ASSA ABLOY Access Control has updated its innovative Aperio escutcheon to work with iClass smart card technology, offering a higher level of security and flexibility to connect with almost any access control system.

Aperio has been designed to upgrade mechanically locked doors and wirelessly connect them to existing online electronic access control systems, providing end users with a simple and intelligent way of upgrading the controllability and security level of their premises.

The latest product development to enable smart iClass card technology to work with the Aperio escutcheon and offer enhanced security through encryption and mutual authentication.
