SecurityNewsDesk, the official video crew for IFSEC 2013, and Canon are delighted to announce that Canon are sponsoring the IFSEC daily video news.
Earlier this year, SecurityNewsDesk was selected by the show’s organisers, UBM Live, to be the official video service providers at the show. IFSEC 2013 takes place at Birmingham’s NEC on May 13-16 2013.
SecurityNewsDesk will shoot three show reports on the event floor throughout the duration of the show, to be officially released one week after the culmination of IFSEC. Canon’s sponsorship will feature on each of the videos.
The SecurityNewsDesk video team of writers, producers, directors and editors has turned out productions for the British Security Industry Association, Intersec Dubai 2013 and the Securing Asia conference and exhibition, among others.
Peter Mawson, director of media at SecurityNewsDesk, said: “We are delighted to announce that Canon have agreed to sponsor the reports. We’ve been delivering news from event show floors from some years now and Canon’s sponsorship is testament to the quality of videos we produce.
“The addition of Canon’s name to the IFSEC 2013 show reports is a huge boost to the on-going development of our video services.”
Austin Freshwater, Canon UK Pro Imaging director, added: “At Canon we’re delighted to be working with SecurityNewsDesk to help promote their coverage of IFSEC 2013.
“The team from SecurityNewsDesk will be using a Canon EOS 5D MkIII camera to capture stills and video from the exhibition. This will ensure they get the best quality images to help communicate the exciting range of products and services on display from Canon and other manufacturers at the show.”
