With over two decades of experience in the security and safety sector, Christina Alexander brings exceptional insight and a global perspective to the Security Buyer Awards. Currently serving as Security & Market Safety Cluster Manager for Southeast Europe at Philip Morris International, Christina has forged a reputation as a pioneering voice in risk management, crisis leadership, fire safety, and corporate security.
Her contributions to the industry have been widely recognised. Christina was awarded the #1 position in the IFSEC Global “Top Influencer in Security & Fire – End Users” category in 2021, named the GOLD Security Leader of the Year – Europe by the GDS Group in 2022, and recognised among Greece’s top Women in Security by Security Manager Magazine in 2020.
Christina has held influential roles within leading security associations, including serving on the European Regional Board of Directors for ASIS International, acting as Co-Chair of the ISRM Mediterranean Chapter, and being a Steering Committee Member for OSAC in Greece. She is also a committed advocate for diversity and mentorship within the industry, leading the first Lean In Circle for Women in Security in Greece and mentoring through ASIS Women in Security (WIS) initiatives.
