Helena Partnerships has chosen Chubb Fire & Security UK to service and maintain its CCTV and access control systems to protect staff, buildings and social housing tenants in sites across St Helens, Merseyside.
Helena Partnerships is a housing association that provides social housing in the St Helens borough of Merseyside and is the largest social landlord in the area. Since its inception in 2002, Helena Partnerships has invested almost £500 million in St Helens and has already provided 300 new homes, with 500 more planned in the next three years.
Helena Partnership’s offices contain computers that store confidential data, therefore requiring a high level of security and access control.
Chubb currently services Helena Partnerships’ fire extinguishers and fire alarm systems and has extended its contract to include CCTV and access control. The tender was put out to a total of five companies and Chubb was chosen both on the grounds of cost-effectiveness and confidence in its high servicing standards.
“Helena is an organisation that believes in building partnerships rather than simply handing out contracts and so we are delighted to be working so closely with Chubb, a company that shares our passion for reliability, innovation and value,” said Anthony Longworth, facilities and energy surveyor for St Helens housing association.
