Connect ONE receives QoL patch

Connected Technologies LLC, maker of the award-winning Connect ONE cloud-hosted management interface, has updated its platform’s service levels, adding new features and capabilities which previously were individual add-on modules.

Dealers who want to differentiate their product offerings and manage and control security turn to Connect ONE for its ease of use and ability to quickly scale and customise services. With a single dashboard view of all security, fire, safety, environmental and other events, Connect ONE is the only management interface dealers and their customers need.

“Our goal is to offset some of the pain points of inflation and help dealers increase their value proposition to customers. Now they can add exciting new services, like Safe Passage for health screenings or GeoView System Mapping to Google Maps and obtain greater potential for additional streams of recurring monthly revenue,” said Mike Simon, managing partner of Connected Technologies. “We work to address real needs in the marketplace so our dealers can provide exceptional services to their customers.”

Essential, Essential+ and Pro The updated service levels are available at no price change to existing dealer accounts activated prior to May 15, 2022. Current customers subscribed to Connect ONE service levels Essential, Essential+ and Pro have already started receiving updates. For example, the Pro service level now includes Asset Management, Case Management, Safe Passage and GeoView System Mapping, winner of an industry award for innovation.

The Essential+ service level has expanded from 30 to 60 days of event history storage and includes GeoView System Mapping. Essential service levels have increased from a single user to five user accounts, on-demand reports, instant notifications, onscreen alerts and system code management. Live/playback of connected video systems and GeoView System Mapping are now included.

The Connect ONE software solution controls intrusion, access control, video surveillance, critical environmental monitoring and energy management systems and also interfaces with additional popular commercial fire alarm panels for data event monitoring.

Connect ONE works with Bosch B and G, DMP XR/XT, ELK M1 and Honeywell Vista Turbo security and access control panels. It also integrates with ASSA ABLOY Aperio wireless locks as well as Digital Watchdog, OpenEye, ExacqVision and Eagle Eye Networks video technologies. With the Safe Passage module for access control user authorization and ScanPass mobile credential for frictionless entrance control, dealers and their customers have the latest services to manage multiple locations through a single Connect ONE user interface.
