Hikvision showcases innovative technologies at Intersec

Hikvision will feature a notable array of technological advances and vertical market solutions in the forthcoming INTERSEC Trade Show at the Dubai Convention Center, Jan. 17–19, 2016. Products including the upgraded Turbo HD 3.0, boasting H.264+ efficient compression, 5MP video input and Power over Coax capability, the latest Smart HD offerings and Easy IP camera range, as well as the complete, end-to-end solutions for Banking, Retail, Building and Parking lot sectors etc will be showcased at the booth SA-C11.

Robust research & development
R&D continues to be the backbone of Hikvision’s success, with dedicated teams continuing to advance innovative technologies to meet ever-changing market needs. Of special note at INTERSEC will be the updated Turbo HD Analog Camera line. The Turbo HD line features 5-Megapixel resolution via coaxial cable, providing stable, long-range video and power transmission. Optimized with Hikvision’s H.264+ Smart codec, high definition video transmission goes farther and looks better than ever.

Hikvision will once again feature its Easy IP Camera line in the small-to-medium size enterprise (SME) market segment. At INTERSEC, however, the Easy IP range expands to include new products, such as the 4 MP, WDR Network Camera, a 5 MP Camera featuring Real-Time Display. What’s more, a new dual-camera design hosts seven fixed upper lenses and one pan-tilt-zoom lower lens, providing both panoramic views and detailed images focused on specific targets.

Special application-specific products will also be on display, such as thermal cameras and Stainless Steel anti-corrosion cameras.

Vertical solutions
Along with Hikvision’s innovative components, a series of complete Vertical Market Solutions will be showcased for Banking, Retail, Smart Building, Parking Lot, and Transportation sectors.

One example – Hikvision’s Retail Solution – integrates a remarkable Point-of-Sale camera into their iVMS-5200 Professional Video Management Platform. This solution generates video analytics such as person-counting, heat-mapping, and gender detection to monitor customer flow and preferences, as well as employee performance. The system also generates a host of other reports, capturing valuable business intelligence and enhancing management efficiency.

Hikvision’s Parking Lot Management Solution package will showcase license plate recognition, carpark fee payment, and blacklist analytics imbued with crucial, conveniently integrated data.
