IndigoVision launches ‘Faster, Bigger and Better’ Network Video Recorders

Video security solutions manufacturer IndigoVision has announced the launch of a new range of Network Video Recorders (NVRs), said to be faster, bigger and better than any rival product on the market.

The NVRs promise twice the data recording rate of its nearest rivals, at 3Gbps, as well as storage capacity of up to 1.5PB per NVR, which it claims is an industry first. The company is also introducing ‘SMART.guard technology’ in the products, which offers five layers of security to protect the user’s data.

With cybersecurity, digital watermarking, NVR failover, RAID resilience and fault monitoring, IndigoVision says there has never been a range of NVRs so dependable.

IndigoVision’s NVRs have been designed and injected with Distributed Network Architecture (DNA) to allow the user to easily expand their system.

The latest NVR-AS 4000 designs on the Large Enterprise, Enterprise and Compact models include all of these features and more, IndigoVision says, outshining the nearest competition in both performance and throughput.

The Large Enterprise NVR-AS 4000 can record up to 600 security cameras per NVR, have a massive 3Gbps of throughput and up to 1.5PB of storage.

The Enterprise NVR-AS 4000 is available in both Windows and Linux OS and can record up to 200 cameras, doubling the performance of its nearest rival with 2Gbps of throughput and up to 112TB of storage, the company claims.

Lastly, the Compact NVR-AS 4000 is said to be perfect for sites with up to 20 cameras and ideal for distributed multi-site recording. Increased storage options of 1TB, 3TB and 4TB provide more freedom of choice for those of you wanting a small powerful appliance.

All NVRs in the range are plug and play ready and come with IndigoVision’s flexible system design that allows you to mix and match to build a solution that is perfect for your needs, regardless of the system size.

IndigoVision’s message: “Invest in the IndigoVision’s storage solution as to get that safe is a wonderful feeling. We’ve got you covered 100% of the way.”
