Pinnacle Systems further supports Installers and System Integrators

Pinnacle Systems has launched the Pinnacle Partner Programme, a new initiative designed to provide enhanced support for installers and system integrators working with its security technology portfolio.

The new programme from the centralised security technology specialist has been carefully developed to offer practical, accessible resources to assist partners at every stage of a project – from specification and installation to ongoing service and support.

Members of the Pinnacle Partner Programme will gain access to a dedicated technical knowledge base, structured product training sessions, demonstration systems, and both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance.

Says Ric Martin, CEO Pinnacle Systems: “The Pinnacle Partner Programme is about removing barriers and supporting professionals who deliver our systems on the ground. It’s free to join, with no minimum spend or ongoing fees – just practical tools, training, and guidance to help our partners succeed. We’ve always valued their expertise, and this program ensures they feel backed every step of the way.”

The launch of the Pinnacle Partner Programme reflects a wider focus on improving service continuity across the lifecycle of security and automation systems. By giving partners immediate access to expert guidance, up-to-date documentation, and demo equipment, Pinnacle Systems aims to make system design, installation, and aftercare more efficient and reliable.

Partners will also benefit from early access to new product releases, technical updates, and the opportunity to collaborate on pilot schemes and bespoke integration projects.

In addition to technical support and product insights, the Pinnacle Partner Programme includes opportunities for joint marketing, co-branded materials, and project-specific support. These added-value elements are intended to help partners position their businesses competitively and deliver more tailored solutions to their customers.

Chris Duffy, Growth Director Pinnacle Systems concludes: “The programme is open to installation companies, consultants, and system integrators of all sizes across the UK. Whether working on single-site installations or multi-site enterprise systems, partners will be able to draw on Pinnacle Systems’ engineering expertise and product portfolio to strengthen their offerings. We’re looking forward to the opportunities it creates and the long-term partnerships it will help us build.”
