Redvision promotes Carole Fry to the position of Operations Director

Redvision, the UK manufacturer of the X-SERIES™ rugged PTZ dome cameras and Redcop™ rapid deployment systems, has promoted Carole Fry to the position of operations director.

Her responsibilities include managing the smooth running of customer services, production processes, quality assurance, inventory and distribution; driving operational improvements; and managing all associated departmental budgets and costs.

Paul Hucker, director of Redvision, stated:

“Carole joined Redvision in 2010 as operations manager, showing an aptitude for this diverse and pivotal role. She has been exceptional in customer services, and is well-respected by customers and colleagues alike. Her previous experience in IT recruitment, as an employee and then a business owner, has resulted in a unique combination of technical experience and expertise, managerial capability and tenacity. She is a dynamic individual, ideally suited to this multi-faceted role.”

Carole explained:

“Ensuring effective customer service is paramount. I also manage daily operations; help enhance business processes; coordinate the flow of information within the company; and contribute to business strategy; whilst keeping tight control of operational costs. It is an extension and natural development of my original role at Redvision. It is also a direct result of our continued growth in UK and international markets and the expansion of our analogue and IP CCTV product ranges.”

Carole joins the senior management team at Redvision comprising Dermot Grace as MD, Paul Hucker leading research and development and Glen Waterfall as sales director.

When she is ‘off duty’, Carole enjoys cooking, supporting her beloved Southampton ‘Saints’ FC (sorry Pompey fans) and spending time with her two children.
