Commenting on his new role Peter said “I am delighted to have been appointed to join the Board and very much look forward to working with my fellow Directors and to help the Institute achieve its goals. My time is split between the UK and Middle East where I currently spend 50% of my time and this will be a key factor to help develop the Institute’s international profile. As one of the Register of Chartered Security Professionals assessors since 2011 this will also enable me to additionally support the Institute’s promotion of the RCSP.”

As part of the our growth strategy we wish to significantly develop our membership and support our existing members internationally. In particular our focus over the next couple of years will be to build on existing relationships in the Middle East/GCC region where we currently have a number of members. Peter brings a wealth of experience to help us achieve these aims and the fact that he spends half his time in the Middle East will help enormously.”
