As part of its ongoing growth, Synectics has made five new appointments at its Sheffield headquarters – significantly strengthening its customer service and sales teams.

Stephen Deighton will head-up the Customer Service team, responsible for providing Synectics’ after-sales technical support, in his new role as Customer Service Manager. He joins Synectics from Hach Ultra Analytics, where he was Service Manager for the UK and Ireland.

Sarah Smith joins the projects team in the newly created role of Projects Administrator.  She will be providing support to the Projects Engineers, dealing with the day-to-day activities and acting as the critical point of contact and co-ordination for project customers.

A leading developer and manufacturer of innovative and integrated security systems, Synectics, a subsidiary of the Quadnectics Group, is enhancing its customer care operation under the leadership of Managing Director, Azadar Shah.

Azadar Shah comments: “Customer service lies at the very heart of our organisation, we have invested in these two key roles as part of our aim to ensure we achieve the highest standards for our customers.”

In addition, Synectics has grown its sales team considerably with the appointment of two Business Development Managers, Martin Woodhouse and Akaash Kumar, and Mark Horton as International Sales Manager.

Azadar explained: “It’s an exciting time – these appointments demonstrate Synectics’ commitment to meeting the needs of our customers and to continue the growth in our business. Although we are operating in tough economic conditions, we feel strongly that continuing to invest in providing the right customer experience is critical. Indeed, these appointments are just one of a number of initiatives we are launching in order to continue delivering above and beyond the expectations of our customers.”
