Tecnosicurezza has launched AmpliSec – its first connected high-security electronic locking system – designed specifically for safes and doors in banking, cash-in-transit, high-end retail, and commercial sectors.
As part of the Gunnebo Safe Storage family, Tecnosicurezza presents AmpliSec to combine robust mechanical engineering with smart connectivity, offering an innovative approach to operational control and remote security management.
Equipped with Bluetooth® technology and seamlessly integrated with Gunnebo iQ™, a secure cloud-based management system, AmpliSec enables users to configure access, deploy dynamic work orders and monitor activity remotely, without physically interacting with the lock.
“Our customers face rising pressure to balance stringent security requirements with operational agility,” says Olof Sandberg, Gunnebo Safe Storage Product Manager for Global Locking Solutions. “AmpliSec is engineered to meet that demand. It combines the reliability of a high-security mechanical lock with the power of real-time cloud connectivity, giving users complete remote control and visibility at any time, from anywhere.”
AmpliSec has been rigorously tested by international independent bodies to ensure maximum protection. Its encrypted communication protocols and tamper-resistant architecture provide peace of mind in environments where both data integrity and physical security are non-negotiable.
The solution is built with sustainability in mind, contributing to reduced operational costs and a lower environmental footprint. It features a standard SwingBolt footprint, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure and making upgrades simple and cost-effective.
Olof concludes: “AmpliSec isn’t just a product – it’s a platform for the future. It marks the beginning of a smarter, more responsive approach to physical security, where managing access is as intuitive as it is secure.”
The primary market of AmpliSec is the Asia-Pacific region (APAC) and MEA, with a particular emphasis on India. Key markets within APAC include India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. Following its success in these regions, Tecnosicurezza plans to expand efforts into the Americas and Europe.
