Paxton, market leading manufacturer of electronic access control systems, is delighted to announce the formation of the new Paxton Group.
Uniting within the group is Paxton Access Ltd, experts in electronic access control solutions, Paxton Access Inc, the dynamic US arm of Paxton, and sister company Gendis Ltd, specialists in bespoke electronics.
This marks a new vision for future developments for the Paxton Group, and a renewed commitment to the longevity of the companies as they evolve.
Founder and owner of Paxton, Tony Ratcliffe, is now Group Chairman of the Paxton Group. Tony brings with him the enthusiasm and stability that is responsible for making Paxton the success it is today. Adam Stroud takes the role of Group Chief Executive. Adam has been instrumental in pushing Paxton’s sales growth in the UK and overseas, and in his previous role as Joint Managing Director has helped shape Paxton’s ideas for the future. Newly appointed Vinny Parekh has taken the role of Group Finance Director, and has responsibility for running the financial side of all Paxton Group companies.
Additional to the Paxton Group, Paxton Access Ltd gains a highly skilled new board of Directors. Managing Director Paul Rawlinson is responsible for the overall management of Paxton Access Ltd. Paul has been at Paxton for 15 years and has contributed greatly to the company’s potential for expansion.
Gareth O’Hara joins Paxton Access Ltd as Sales and Marketing Director. Having previously worked at Future Electronics, world leading global distributor of electronic components, Gareth brings a wealth of experience with him.
Paul Bannister is now Research Director for Paxton Access Ltd. Paul is responsible for the technical research projects that investigate and experiment with new technologies before developing a product.
This change marks the start of a new and exciting chapter for Paxton.
