Two of the UK ’s leading providers of security services to the construction sector – Clarke Construction Security (CCS) with over 15 years industry experience and Permanex Security with over 25 – have just joined forces, forming the Permanex CCS Group.

Already working for many of the UK ’s leading construction companies and with over 400 sites currently being protected, the new multi-million pound business will provide easier access to a larger base of experienced technical engineers and has a strong sales pipeline. The Permanex CCS Group now offers a dedicated monitoring and response services that includes a 24/7 motorbike response team within the M25 and national agreements for key holding for the rest of UK . The new operation will also provide improved Service Level Agreements; have greater access to new technology solutions, and will offer a wealth of security technology, knowledge and experience.
Carl Clarke, the founder of CCS is the new company MD. Nigel Cox, the previous owner of Permanex has retired, but Oliver Cox becomes Sales Director and Hadley Green the Business Development Director in the new operation. Permanex was already the UK ’s largest scaffolding alarms company and CCS specialises in using technology to provide construction sites and void properties with broader temporary security solutions plus has a dedicated response service. Permanex has relocated its Wimbledon operation to the existing CCS offices in Camden ; is already fully operational and over the next few months both operations will be totally integrated.
