At CCTVdirect we have a lot of changes that are being made to improve and grow our business. We have just filled two new positions to the company, showing our increasing efforts to service our customers and expand in a demanding market.
Paul Dodds has joined as Sales Director, to manage the sales function of the company and win further key relationships for the business. Paul has come from a security background with a wealth of experience, and looks forward to working in a young, fresh company with a drive to succeed.
The other new edition is Claire Stead, joining the company as Marketing Manager. This allows a much more focussed approach to the marketing activity at CCTVdirect, driving the growth of the brand forward and also working to provide customers with key marketing support and guidance.
Furthermore, both the sales and marketing functions are looking to expand under the watch of the new management. We are looking to recruit two more internal sales roles to cope with the ever increasing client list and the high numbers of orders coming through. This position will deal with inbound and outbound calls, lead and sales generation and client relationship management. We will also always consider any exceptional field based sales staff to join our team.
The marketing department is looking to expand to recruit a web or graphic designer, to consistently work on creating an exceptional customer experience both online and offline.
