Concept Pro VXH960 gains LGC Forensics Certificate of Approval

Videcon’s latest generation of analogue recorder, the Concept Pro VXH960 range, has passed the LGC Forensics certification for audio/visual security equipment.

The assessment by LGC Forensics involves a series of stringent examinations and testing procedures that deems if footage collected by a DVR can be used as evidence within a court of law, including suitable picture quality, ease of use and what fraud-resistant security measures the product uses to ensure any visual information collected is authentic and cannot tampered with by external forces.

Steve Newsome, Sales Director of Videcon, said “with this certification now passed, the VXH960 range is now officially recognised as a CCTV product that delivers high-standards for lines of police enquiry and as court-worthy evidence. This means both installers and end-users can be assured that their CCTV requirements are being fully covered”.
The VXH960 range comes in four, eight and sixteen channel versions with a maximum storage of 6TB in the four channel and 15TB in the eight and sixteen channel models and comes with Concept Pro’s three year warranty.
