ISD Tech appoints International Key Account Director
Senior appointment reflects the life safety and security integrator’s rapid growth surge and extended global reach
ISD Tech, an agile life safety and security systems integrator, announces the appointment of Gary Aimson to the position of International Key Account Director based out of the company’s headquarters in Camberley, Surrey.
Reporting to Managing Director, Nicky Stokes, Gary will be responsible for business development to support ISD Tech’s aggressive growth plans both in the UK and across core Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) markets and beyond. His other main duty will be to manage key international accounts, which underpins ISD Tech’s commitment to delivering truly holistic and customer-focused integrated life safety and security solutions.
Consistently overachieving sales targets as well as other strategic objectives, Gary brings with him over twenty years’ security industry experience gained through various sales and account management roles. He most recently held senior business development positions at access control vendor, TDSi and before that completed a five-year tenure with security systems integrator, Reliance High-Tech. Working for both manufacturers and integrators, has given Gary expert industry knowledge and a strong technical background across video surveillance, access control, security management platforms and the delivery of tightly integrated security solutions.

The appointment follows ISD Tech’s continued growth surge that saw a 40% increase in revenue in 2015 as a result of a winning a number of key global customers from across IT services, high-end retail and critical infrastructure sectors. The increase in revenue was also determined by ISD Tech’s decision to bring life safety systems into its portfolio of integrated services in late 2014, which has enabled customers to engage ISD Tech as a single source partner for both fire and security, offering businesses significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.
