Data loss: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

Macrium Software, developers of Macrium Reflect and experts in disk imaging and recovery solutions, recently asked their Macrium Valued Reseller partners for their views on the backup industry, challenges and changes. As their partners are trusted advisers, with a lot of experience in the industry, the aim was to find out how their resellers worked with their clients and to get to the root of the challenges they face.

The backup space from a reseller perspective
Over 120 resellers responded to the survey – from 22 different countries around the globe. In the survey, Macrium asked their resellers a variety of questions on the type of offerings they put to customers, data loss stories, how they would like to sell the licenses, what the impacts on their customers have been through data loss, and what did they think Macrium should do next.
