ASSA ABLOY Access Control appoints new Technical Engineer

ASSA ABLOY Access Control, a UK division of ASSA ABLOY, the global leader in door opening solutions, has strengthened its technical support expertise with the appointment of David Smyth.

David will be responsible for managing technical enquiries, helping to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently, whether over the phone or by a site visit. He will also be tasked with leading the division’s training courses for its extensive customer base of OEMs and system integrators, highlighting best practice and addressing common industry challenges.

Having graduated from the University of the West Scotland in 2015, David went onto work for eXPD8, installing and monitoring security solutions for retailers based in London and the South East, before securing the role with ASSA ABLOY Access Control.

He said:
