The biggest edition of ADIPEC in it’s 32 year history

The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) will take place between 7-10 November, 2016, and is already shaping up to be the biggest and most successful edition in its 32 year history, with more than 2,300 companies participating this year and a conference programme that eclipses all previous editions, with over 700 confirmed speakers covering 162 sessions across 4 days.

Hosted by the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and supported by the UAE Ministry of Energy, the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority, ADIPEC has seen exponential growth over recent years and the launch of the Security in Energy sector within ADIPEC reflects the requirements and demands of the industry.

This launch four-day exhibition and three-day conference will bring together the world’s leading industry security professionals, government officials, law makers, academics and protection agencies to share knowledge and ideas, helping to create a blueprint for discussion on how best to tackle current and future security concerns.

As the pace of change across the industry continues, so do the requirements to protect both the physical and IT infrastructures of the industry increase. According to Frost & Sullivan, the Middle East’s burgeoning security market is forecast to be worth US $34 billion by 2020, with more than 50% being spent by governments on energy and critical infrastructure alone. Furthermore, recent figures show that spending on protection against cyber-attacks is forecast to be worth $13.43 billion by 2019 across the MENA region alone.

• Capitalise on a $34 billion security in energy market
• Meet and do business with global digital and physical security players in the oil and gas sector
• Benefit from value stand packages tailored to your needs and budget
• Direct sales and enhance your brand image
• Showcase your products to a highly targeted audience
• Showcase your security services to those who need them most
• Build a prospect databases and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Generate lucrative, highly targeted business leads
• Unrivalled networking opportunities
• Easy access to your global audience in one world-class venue

For these reasons and in tandem with the requests from the industry, we are proud to launch the inaugural edition of “Security in Energy” as a fully integrated part of ADIPEC. Supported by the Critical Infrastructure and Coastal Protection Authority (CICPA) and the UAE’s Telecommunications Regularity Authority (TRA), with a dedicated marquee housing both the exhibition and conference elements offering a wealth of business opportunities and knowledge exchange.

Our exhibition team is available to discuss your participation requirements at this important launch, where networking with decision makers and buyers will provide an effective platform for the security industry in the oil and gas sector.
