D-Link strengthens support for security installers

Smart Installers Program offers specialist security installers a range of specialist tools and unique benefits.

D-Link has announced the launch of its Smart Installers Program (SIP) in the UK and Ireland, offering physical security installers an excellent partnership opportunity with regular product and market updates.

The SIP is a dedicated partnership program for installers of physical security who sell to small/medium-sized businesses and homes. With video surveillance forecasted by the IHS to grow over 19 percent this year installers require outstanding quality, backed with informed, expert advice. Specialist tools and unique benefits of the SIP include enhanced profit margins, price advantages, deal registration pricing, training and accreditation programme and a range of sales and support tools.

Security installers that wish to partner with D-Link can access the wide range of benefits via an exclusive online portal and receive support through a dedicated account team that can advise on pricing and pre-sales technical queries. The online portal allows users to register deals, apply for demo products and secure prices whilst NFR tools such as Surveillance Floor Planner Pro and Bandwidth Calculator aid installers in planning and creating new surveillance solution projects.

Paul Routledge, Sales and Marketing Manager UK, commented,

“Today, security installers have a huge market opportunity, yet need to have the right ingredients in place to ensure they can attract new business prospects. We’ve created a range of specialist tools and benefits to assist security installers in achieving this”.

“From profit margins and deal pricing to training and sales support, the Smart Installers Program has a host of benefits recognising the specific individual needs of security installers.” he added.

Installers seek to meet demand for market-leading technology that is feature rich, versatile and reliable. With the video surveillance market predicted to grow significantly the Smart Installer Program serves to compliment the end-to-end networking solutions that D-Link already offer, giving security installers a platform for success through partnering with D-Link.
