“Dealing With Crisis. A Multi-Agency Exercise” is a high energy international event being organised by Carmdale Limited – a dynamic, forward thinking company made up from a team with many years experience in security, policing, counter terrorism, crisis and risk.

In association with disaster resilience conference producers, Zest Buzz Limited, the team will stage an interactive, high impact learning and network opportunity, facilitated by leading experts, Stuart Hyde, Rob Hoblin Chris Lillicrap. NOW.

The exercise is suitable for any person from an organisation (anywhere in the world) who has the potential to deal with, or have a role to play, in a crisis, including first responders, businesscontinuity managers through to strategic decision makers e.g. directors, owners and Gold Commanders. The crisis may be aninternal or external event, the result of a natural occurrence or aterrorist event.

Delegates will find themselves dealing with the incidents, dealing with the ensuing crisis and dealing with the aftermath.Delegates will be placed into groups of eight, intentionally with individuals who usually work in a similar role or at a similar level as themselves.

Each group will participate in the exercise as a team, making decisions and providing responses as would be appropriate to their role during a crisis. The exercise will move from start to finish through a number of interactive phases, with incidents, injects, media input, discussions, problems, all of which will require each team to combine their knowledge.

The delegate booking fee is £210 + vat per delegate.
