Foremost Security soar in the East Midlands

East-Midlands based security specialists, Foremost Security, have started 2022 off on a high and are rapidly growing.

The last 12 months have seen Foremost go from strength to strength and their move to new, larger Nottingham premises is evidence of just how well they have coped with – indeed thrived upon – the challenges that 2021 brought.

The appreciation felt for Foremost Security’s protection has resulted in them securing further work from their existing partnerships, as well as winning business from new clients. Customer numbers and contract commitments across all of their services have shown a sharp increase: –

    • Keyholding & Alarm response clients up from 906 to 1301
    • Guarding hours up from 3800 per week to 4050 per week
    • Completed lock & unlocks up from 1156 to 1998 per month
    • Vacant property inspections up from 19 per month to a staggering 84 per month

But the secret of Foremost’s success is down to more than just the acquisition of new business. It is undoubtedly also linked to the fast response and high levels of reliability that their increasingly satisfied customers receive. Despite their growing geographical range, their average response time throughout 2021 was just 23 minutes.

What’s more, clients get immediate and accurate updates thanks to real-time visible reporting of mobile patrol checkpoints and timely provision of site survey risk assessments, key receipts, rotas, site assignment instructions and alarm reports.

The fact that Foremost Security does not sub-contract any of their work means that their comprehensive offering is carried out by highly-trained, screened, experienced in-house personnel – a feature that makes them quite unique within their industry. This is perhaps just one more reason why this East Midlands success story are now one of the largest independent security firms in the region, with a diverse and growing client list that shows no signs of slowing down.

Sales & Marketing Director, Matt Prince, said, “There’s no denying that 2021 was a tough year for most businesses, especially being the second year of disruption caused by Covid. We entered the period in a strong position with years of impressive growth behind us, but that didn’t make us complacent. We focused on the quality of our services as we knew that they were even more essential to our clients during the pandemic. Our guarding, vacant property inspections, keyholding alarm response and lock & unlock services were keeping businesses safe throughout the lockdowns and customers really appreciated our reassuring support”

What will 2022 hold for Foremost? According to Sales & Marketing Director, Matt, it will be a case of settling into the new premises, making full use of the extra space to support further expansion – and then a well-deserved holiday somewhere warm and sunny!
