NEW ADDITIONS TO THE SQUAD

CSL DUALCOM’S EUROPEAN EXPANSION CONTINUES INTO BENELUX
Continuing CSL DualCom Group’s European expansion, we are delighted to welcome Ingo van Driel to the company, who will be responsible for bringing DualCom’s Critical Connectivity® products and services to Benelux.
He will be based in The Hague, Netherlands, building business links across the whole of Benelux.
RECOGNITION FROM NO.10 FOR 100 IN 100 APPRENTICES
Created by CSL DualCom and Skills for Security, the 100 in 100 Apprenticeship initiative smashed its target and placed 1316 apprentices into the security industry in just 100 days. Prime Minister David Cameron sent a personal letter of congratulations in recognition of this.
By employing an apprentice you can home-grow a robust and long-lasting talent pipeline that will become instrumental in taking your business forward in the future. This year there is a new employer’s AGE grant of £1500 for Apprenticeships paid direct to your business via your training organisation.

FIRE & WATER DAMAGE DECLARED BIGGEST RISK AT DUALCOM’S INSURERS’ FORUM
Senior insurers and consultants from leading UK Insurance companies gathered for CSL DualCom’s sixth annual forum at Vodafone’s HQ in Newbury. Focus was given to the ways in which monitored systems are helping to reduce false alarms and limit the number of unnecessary call outs for customers.
TAKING DUALCOM HEALTH FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH
DualCom Health is proud to be a member of both the Telecare Services Association (TSA) and UK Telehealthcare. CSL DualCom Health have worked closely alongside TSA to demonstrate their commitment to professional standards and delivering services with the highest integrity.
CSL DualCom has also partnered with market leading provider of telehealthcare solutions Tunstall, with over 3.6 million users globally. Together, DualCom and Tunstall will offer collaborative solutions giving vulnerable people the opportunity to continue living normal lives either within residential care or independently in the community.

INAUGURAL NSI SUMMIT A HUGE SUCCESS
CSL DualCom and IFSEC International were joint headline sponsors of the first NSI Installer Summit. Hundreds of installers assembled in Birmingham to check out what was on offer. The day included a large exhibition of leading industry manufacturers, a seminar programme led by expert speakers and learning zone which offered standards and business solutions advice.
DUALCOM GET STUCK IN FOR CHARITY
The entire DualCom Sales Team, many others from CSL and some very loyal customers put their strength & determination to the test at the Nuts Challenge to raise money for Education for the Children. Crossing rivers, climbing over tires, swimming through swamps and scrambling across mud-filled holes were just some of the tests posed by this gruelling challenge.
