Kane Computing Ltd are pleased to announce their appointment as UK Distributor for ActivNetworks to promote their BoostEdge Web Accelerator product range.

BoostEdge is a high reliability platform that is deployed in data centres to improve speed, availability and security of web applications, where fast reliable data communications is vital. It is claimed data traffic can be reduced by 50 to 75 percent between web servers and users, with three times faster response times and improved security.

BoostEdge is used in many different applications and industries, including servers and web; government agencies; telecoms and IT; retail; banking and insurance; travel; construction and manufacturing industries.

Customers include Iperian, Mitsubishi, A&J Wiggins, Alcan, Direct Assurance (AXA Group) and Pernod Ricard.
