NIT signs distribution agreement with BCDVideo for META region

NIT, an Ingram Micro Company and distributor of IP surveillance and physical security solutions in the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) region, have announced signing a distribution agreement with BCDVideo, a provider of surveillance solutions.
Through this agreement, NIT is now authorized to distribute BCDVideo video surveillance storage servers, access control servers, hyper-converged solutions, network switches, client viewing stations and networking portfolio to its channel partners in META Region.
“Our new venture provides significant opportunities for both NIT and BCDVideo to become the most trusted source for security integrators to find innovative, purpose-built IP video storage solutions,” said Bassel Fakir, Managing Director of NIT.
“With BCDVideo storage, we can secure the total cost of ownership, and run more cameras on servers, meaning less overall system cost, which will deliver immediate beneficial impact to NIT reseller partners and their customers,” added Bassel Fakir.
“Ingram Micro has been a tremendous distribution partner for us over the two decades,” said Jeff Burgess, President and CEO of BCDVideo. “It goes beyond the hundreds of millions of dollars of spending, it’s all about the relationship between the two companies.
“The opportunity to extend this relationship through NIT, and their incredible reputation within the territory, is a huge plus for us. Having NIT utilize their expert knowledge and extensive partner network to deliver our precise solutions that meet the channel partners’ specific needs and support the business growth.”
