Panasonic’s high-quality range of Business Communications Platforms and SIP telephony technology is designed to help businesses keep pace with change as it happens in a rapidly evolving world. Whether it’s a simple analogue solution or cutting edge IP technology, Panasonic’s voice systems are notable for their ease of use, excellent audio quality and superb reliability. Panasonic and HIPCOM are proud to announce today a new initiative to help take the Panasonic business communication solution into the next technological phase.

HIPCOM Unified Cloud Communications. HIPCOM UCC is one platform that seamlessly integrates Cloud services, on-premise CPE and mobile devices. It enables business owners to reduce capital expenditure and move to a flexible operating expenditure model, reduce ongoing maintenance and upgrade costs and drive significant new revenue streams whilst strengthening key customer relationships. Today’s announcement means that communication can be provided as a service and delivered through Panasonic very latest voice communication technology.

James Brind, CTO at HIPCOM commented “HIPCOM’s comprehensive and well established Interoperability program accelerates deployment and ensure a seamless experience for setup and support, resulting in a high quality of experience for our partners and their end customers. We are delighted with this new relationship, which will see an increase of partners and new customers combining Panasonic’s IP PBX products with HIPCOM Voice application services”

Whilst the HIPCOM solution is compatible with Panasonic’s latest smart desk phones including the award winning KX-UT670 equipped with a large 7-inch LCD touch screen it also enables customers to use existing equipment enabling savings in cost and time. Panasonic’s latest network communications platform, the NS1000 is equally seamlessly integrated with HIPCOM cloud based UCC and represents a new chapter in IP-based communication. Suppliers have recently identified NS1000 as the core of a powerful VoIP communications platform offering huge flexibility, simplicity and productivity in one solution for business.

Richard Willcock, SIP Sales Manager of PSCEU communications solutions division said; “I’m delighted about this new partnership which marks an extremely important milestone in our SIP solutions development. It provides a strengthening of our partner relationships and will enable cutting edge, integrated solutions to be delivered by our business partners that will enable end users to improve everything from customer service to communication and cost control”.
