Reliance High-Tech has appointed Clive Hayton as the Executive Chairman effective from 01 October 2013. Hayton, who is well known in the security industry, has led prominent systems providers including Initial, Chubb and most recently G4S, where he was European Systems Director.
The appointment forms part of a significant investment in Reliance High-Tech by owner Brian Kingham, which underlines his confidence in the excellent growth prospects in building a bigger and more technically diverse business.
